From October 4 to 5, 2024, the 2024 Sino-US Dual Bay Area Medicinal Cuisine Cooking Competition Award Ceremony & Thousand-People Medicinal Cuisine Tasting Event was grandly held in Guangzhou. As the exclusive sponsor of this competition, Hansheng Liquor witnessed this feast of cuisine and culture together with medicinal cuisine masters from the San Francisco Bay Area in the United States and the Greater Bay Area in China.

On October 4, 2024, the medicinal cuisine cooking competition featured six teams from the San Francisco Bay Area, who had won the preliminary contests, competing against six teams from six regions in the Greater Bay Area of China, showcasing a high level of medicinal cuisine culinary skills for this year.

Hansheng Liquor specially invited Mr. Zhang Jianwen to serve as a judge in the competition, providing comprehensive scores based on various dimensions such as ingredient selection, cooking techniques, flavor pairing, and nutritional balance.
