On October 13, 2024, a distinctive Moutai Riverside Neighborhood Cultural Event was successfully held at the Moutai Town 1915 Square. Hansheng Liquor actively participated in planning the event and took charge of hosting, using delicious food and fine wine as the medium to create a joyful and communicative atmosphere. Residents of Moutai Town gathered together to participate in this grand gathering aimed at celebrating neighborhood harmony, inheriting culture, and sharing food and wine.
The event officially kicked off at 12 noon with a series of splendid performances. The performers, dressed in their finest attire, demonstrated the profound cultural heritage of Moutai Town and the residents’ hospitality through various art forms such as singing and dancing, operas, and musical instrument performances. The scene was filled with thunderous applause and laughter echoing continuously.
The younger generation of Moutai people, inheriting the brewing skills of their ancestors, are also pursuing their dreams and future in the wave of the new era. Guided by the spirit of Moutai, they constantly explore and innovate, continuing the brilliance of Moutai Town with their youth and wisdom.
After the midday performances, we were honored to invite Mr. Xu Kaiji, a 102-year-old elder, who presented his calligraphy works accumulated over the years to the younger generation present and expressed his earnest expectations for them to inherit and promote the profound traditional culture of Moutai Town.
These works not only showcased Mr. Xu Kaiji’s powerful and penetrating calligraphy skills but also embodied the profound accumulation of wisdom and the glow of the years in every stroke.
Subsequently, the elders were invited to the stage to receive everyone’s respect and blessings. The younger generation of Moutai Town presented flowers and carefully prepared gifts to the elderly, and the residents of Moutai Town jointly witnessed the spiritual inheritance between the older and newer generations.
At 5 pm, the “Hundred Families Feast” officially began. With round tables scattered and delicious food filling the tables, the residents sat together to enjoy the rare moment of neighborhood gathering. They tasted the delicacies, chatted about interesting stories, and the atmosphere was warm and harmonious.
As the sunset’s glow covered the 1915 Square, the evening performances commenced with a heartwarming opening video that took the residents of Moutai Town back to the memories of Moutai in the past years. The residents of Moutai Town are united, facing historical challenges and changes in the times together, supporting each other, from poverty to wealth, from backwardness to prosperity. At the end of the evening, all the performers and residents sang “Ode to the Motherland” together. The loud singing echoed over the 1915 Square, pushing the entire event to its climax.
The lights on the 1915 Square were like stars, drawing a perfect conclusion to the “Moutai Riverside 2024 Neighborhood Cultural Event.” This day will become an unforgettable chapter in the history of Moutai Town and an important contribution by Hansheng Liquor to the cultural inheritance and neighborhood friendship of Moutai Town.
